Eldoctor

A custom ERP system, a public catalog and client-portal website, and a WhatsApp AI agent — three connected pieces that took a car-parts distributor founded in 1984 from manual reconciliation to a self-serve digital operation.

The Challenge

Eldoctor — the trading name of El Safwa Trading and Import — has supplied car parts to shops, workshops, and wholesalers since 1984, covering Hyundai, Kia, Daewoo Chevrolet, SsangYong, and Nissan. Until WebOps got involved, the entire operation ran on paper and Excel spreadsheets. Inventory was tracked manually, orders came in by phone and WhatsApp, and reconciling what was received, what was in stock, and what had been shipped required constant back-and-forth. Scaling the business meant adding people rather than adding capability — every increase in order volume meant more manual work, not more leverage.

Once the ERP was in place, the next challenge was reach: wholesalers and workshops still had no self-serve way to browse the catalog, check prices, or place an order outside a phone call — and the business had no digital storefront reflecting nearly four decades in the market.

What We Built

WebOps built a custom ERP system covering the full supply chain: import records and supplier management, real-time inventory tracking, order processing, wholesale distribution management, and billing. The system includes an analytics layer giving visibility into order volumes over time, the most requested car parts, and the most frequent buyers — turning raw transaction data into a genuine business-intelligence tool.

WebOps then extended the system with a public website and client portal at eldoctor-co.com: a catalog organized by brand, model, and category, search by item code, ready-made price lists, and account holders who can log in to track their balance and orders directly — all working from both mobile and desktop. On top of that, a WhatsApp AI agent now handles incoming customer questions and order requests on the channel wholesalers and workshops already use, connected directly into the same ERP data.

The Impact

The business moved from paper-and-Excel to a system-driven workflow, then extended that system outward to the customers themselves. Stock levels are visible in real time, order-fulfillment errors dropped significantly, and the analytics dashboard gives management the ability to make informed procurement decisions. With the website and WhatsApp AI agent now live, wholesalers and workshops can browse the catalog, check prices, and order directly on the channels they already use — turning a business built on phone calls and manual reconciliation into one that largely runs itself.
