• Any Custom package isn't eligible for a refund

• Billing Errors (e.g., incorrect charges, duplicate charges, lack of notification)

• Change of Mind or No Longer Needed: You simply decided you no longer want or need the product.

• Specific non-refundable items or services (e.g., setup fees, custom integrations) if applied for the Custom Plans or the One-time fees implementation or consultation.
