The Challenge

Founded in 1949 by Abdel Wahab Hamza, Hamza Group has spent more than 75 years building one of the region's leading water solutions businesses — 1,300+ completed projects, reach into 19 export markets, and a team of 275+ commercial and 107 industry talents keeping water moving across Egypt today. But the operation behind that legacy was still largely manual. Field technicians tracked service visits on paper. Homeowners had no way to check their own warranty status without calling in. Management had no integrated view connecting what was happening in the field to the company's backend SAP system. And despite the scale of the business, Hamza Group had no digital presence to reach new clients beyond its existing trade network.

What We Built

WebOps built four interconnected products around Hamza Group's operations: a homeowner mobile app for checking guarantee status and booking maintenance visits, a technician mobile app for job management and digital service records, a custom ERP fully integrated with Hamza's existing SAP infrastructure, and a corporate website showcasing the company's full solutions portfolio. Each piece was built to connect to the others, so field activity, warranty data, and management visibility all live in one system instead of four disconnected ones.

The Impact

A company with more than 75 years of history completed a full operational transformation without disrupting the trade relationships that built it. Field operations moved from paper to digital, homeowners gained direct visibility into their own assets, and management gained a unified view of field activity linked to SAP for the first time. The corporate website opened a new client acquisition channel beyond the existing network — giving a business built on decades of trust, since 1949, a digital front door to match.
