By enrolling in the WebOps Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Affiliate Terms”), in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

• All affiliates must be 16 years of age or older.
  
• Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  
• WebOps reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application without justification.

2. COMPLIANCE WITH WEBOPS TERMS 

Affiliates must ensure that all websites built through the WebOps platform comply with WebOps’ Terms and Conditions. Affiliates are solely responsible for the quality and legality of the content they build and deliver to their clients.

3. PRICING FLEXIBILITY

WebOps may change its pricing, features, or product offerings at any time without prior notice. These changes will not impact commissions already earned on past transactions.

4. COMMISSION DETAILS

• Affiliates earn 20% recurring commissions on each active paid subscription they refer.
  
• Commissions continue as long as the client remains subscribed to WebOps.
• If the client cancels, the recurring commission stops immediately.

5. REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

• If a referred client receives a refund under the WebOps Refund Policy, the commission for that transaction will be voided.
• In the case of chargebacks or fraudulent transactions, commissions will also be forfeited.

6. PAYOUT SCHEDULE & METHOD

• Commissions are paid one month after the client transaction date, during the first 5 business days of the following month.
  
  • Example: If a client pays on June 15, you will receive your payout between August 1–5.
    
• All commissions are paid in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer, using the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) transfer rate at the time of payout.
• It is your responsibility to provide the correct bank details.

7. CLIENT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT

Affiliates must submit the client’s details and selected package using the official affiliate form before the client upgrades their plan.

8. VALID REFERRALS ONLY

• Only genuine, paying clients are eligible for commission.
  
• Self-referrals, fake signups, or any attempt to manipulate the program will result in termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.

9. PROGRAM TERMINATION

WebOps reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program without notice if you:

• Violate these terms or any WebOps policies
  
• Misrepresent WebOps in any way
  
• Engage in fraudulent or unethical activity
  
• Fail to deliver real clients or misuse the program
  

Any unpaid commissions will be forfeited upon termination due to violation.

10. BRAND & CONTENT USAGE

Affiliates may not:

• Use WebOps’ branding, name, or content in a misleading or unauthorized manner
  
• Purchase ads (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) using the WebOps name, trademarks, or domain
  
• Present themselves as employees or official representatives of WebOps
  

Any content used to promote WebOps must be honest and clearly disclose your affiliate relationship.

11. TAXES & LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on their commissions. WebOps does not withhold tax on behalf of affiliates.

12. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

WebOps makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Affiliate Program. We are not liable for any damages, lost profits, or losses resulting from your participation in the Program.

13. CHANGES TO THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM OR TERMS 

WebOps reserves the right to modify or terminate the Affiliate Program and/or these terms at any time, without prior notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes..

14. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cairo.
