Objective:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Develop and maintain project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop detailed plans for different projects to track progress and ensure resource availability.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and designers
- Manage project issues, risks and actions.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Monitor and report the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Project evaluations and assessment of results.
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in computer science or engineering or related field.
- 0-1 years of Proven working experience in the IT/software projects.
- Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in software development, and mobile, web technologies using agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with related software tools including, but not limited to Jira.
- Excellent external and internal and client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent Business Writing & presentation skills.
