Project Manager

Job Description

Objective:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Develop and maintain project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop detailed plans for different projects to track progress and ensure resource availability.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and designers
  • Manage project issues, risks and actions.
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Monitor and report the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results.
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in computer science or engineering or related field.
  • 0-1 years of Proven working experience in the IT/software projects.
  • Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in software development, and mobile, web technologies using agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency with related software tools including, but not limited to Jira.
  • Excellent external and internal and client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent Business Writing & presentation skills.
